Account Processor

Our Account Processors support small business owners and our team of Plan Administrators with obtaining information necessary to complete the annual testing requirements for 401(k) plans. A large part of this role is reviewing documents submitted by our clients and communicating with clients when more information is necessary. Collaborate with our Plan Administration and Compliance teams to ensure annual 5500 filings are completed in a timely manner.

Accountant

This position is responsible for performing the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of small business clients in the U.S. This includes maintaining accounting system records, preparing journal entries, analyzing financial reports, and documenting activities through reconciliations and workpapers. To be successful in this role you should have the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities stemming from client needs and requests while maintaining top quality and customer service standards.

Account Support Representative

Our Account Support Representatives assist small business owners who depend on our 401(k) plan administration services. In this role, you will assist in getting our entire client base through their annual 5500 filing for their 401(k) Plan. You will assist with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails from clients. Assisting with basic 401(k) Plan questions and needs, walking them through electronically signing their annual filing documents, and updating them on what documents are still outstanding for their account. Collaboration with Account Representatives, our Document Review team, and other individuals across the department is needed.

Accountant (Full Charge Bookkeeper)

The bookkeeper provides billable bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and reporting to clients and contributes to the development of the PCG Accounting department. He/she is responsible for understanding reports and identifying patterns, problems, and inaccuracies in accounting systems and financial statements. This position requires high integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain full confidentiality of sensitive data, able to understand reports and identify patterns, problems, and inaccuracies in accounting systems and financial statements.

Administrative Support Specialist

We are techie geeks at heart. Some would call us very square, though with some quirks. Square and uneven. We are a small, well-managed team of Drupal and CiviCRM experts that specialize in building online presence for non-profits, membership organizations, professional associations, and educational institutions. Significant part of our service offering is initial development as well as long-term maintenance and support of client sites. Along with implementation, configuration, and customization services, we also provide hosting, maintenance, business analysis and technology architecture to the organizations we serve.

Business Intelligence Analyst - Finance & Accounting

Work with cross-department finance business partners, enterprise Data/Bi engineers, and own the end-to-end delivery of data warehouse platform improvements, which includes documenting and prioritizing user stories, demoing solution designs, and testing and release changes into a Production Data Warehouse Environment.
