Business Development Representative

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

The Role:

Accelerate the company’s lead generation efforts by building data lists, cleaning and qualifying existing data lists, and making introductory calls to offer content and other educational resources to targeted companies.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Make calls to verify company name, contact name, address, email and URL information for records in ActiveCampaign

  • Gather opt-ins for the company’s Newsletter by offering free training (Haley Marketing educational resources) for each company’s team members (collect email addresses of these team members to be added to our mailing list.)

  • Identify all the staffing companies in targeted cities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator,, or other list generation tools

  • Research key contacts on LinkedIn for each of these companies. Call key contacts for an initial outreach to offer free educational resources

  • Call targeted prospects to follow up on direct mail materials being sent as part of a campaign or preshow conference marketing

  • Offer free content, marketing roadmap, and/or product demo depending on the content and focus of the campaign


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

  • Telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience desired

  • Clear communicator who speaks with confidence

  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude in data management, analytics and reporting preparation

  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
