Customer Service and Administration Specialist

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Live phone answering

  • Correspondence to customers and venues through email, phone, and live chat

  • Manage and keep current ticket listings up to date

  • Track and Confirm orders and cancellations

  • Check each order for accuracy

  • Check each event listing for accuracy

  • Research potential fraudulent orders

  • Data entry and inventory management

  • FedEx and Electronic Shipping

  • Problem Solving on more complex orders

  • Track, Confirm, Process, and Ship orders

  • Compile and submit chargeback disputes

  • Assist with business development projects and ideas

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • High level of integrity

  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs

  • Professionally motivated, goal oriented, and ambitious

  • Must be able to type 50+ WPM, familiarity with keyboard shortcuts

  • Able to professionally handle customer service

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills

  • Top notch problem-solving skills

  • Overall desire to want to grow the company and help the team succeed

  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude in data management, analytics and reporting preparation

  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
