Customer Service Specialist

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

The Role:

The administrative support specialist supports the client’s executives and project managers with daily activities, including creating internal and external communications, preparing documents, and general office management and support. This individual has excellent communication and organizational skills for handling all the small details that keep the client’s business running efficiently and effectively. This is a technology-savvy and process-oriented individual with content management system or database experience who will help streamline processes and provide consistency in communications.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Purchase Orders

  • Retrieve orders from the portal

  • Enter sales orders and corresponding purchase orders in the accounting system

  • Send purchase orders to the manufacturer

Invoicing

  • Process the invoices received from the manufacturer

  • Complete invoicing to customer once received into inventory

Customer Service

  • Answer questions about order and appointment status

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant work experience

  • Detail-oriented individual

  • Strong customer relationship management skills

  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude in data management, analytics and reporting preparation

  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
