Digital Marketer

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

Work Hours: 3PM – 12AM PST, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The Digital Marketer will work directly with business leaders to raise awareness about the company products and services through various communication channels.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage content and updates of website

  • Manage all social media content (linked In, Instagram, Facebook, twitter, etc.)

  • Drive social media engagement

  • SEO for website

  • Internal marketing literature development for Equipment, Parts and Service sales

  • Write and/or source blog material

  • Integrate social media from Taylor, Henny Penny into social media content for the company

  • Work with Service Sales to market and position different Preventative Maintenance programs

  • Design marketing campaigns to drive Service sales and parts sales

  • Create/Design/Develop innovative marketing pieces (digital, print, interactive) to drive sales of equipment/parts/service

  • Create and manage email and direct mail campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role

  • Mastery of English in both the written and oral form

  • Must have experience working in MailChimp, HubSpot, Sharp Spring, WordPress or other marketing automation tools.

  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude in data management, analytics and reporting preparation

  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
