Learning and Development Specialist

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

Work Hours: 6AM – 3PM Manila Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The Learning and Development Specialist (Trainer) will be responsible for delivering standard, outstanding, and complex training material for several courses from different Lines of Business. Through modules, and teaching methods, and trainings will help the whole team develop and improve crucial functional job skills.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist and provide consultation with various level business leaders on functional learning strategy

  • Create materials and modules as part of Training during onboarding

  • Use advanced knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutions

  • May act as Doxa7 training point of contact

  • Prepare L&D reports and dashboards

  • Prepare evaluation summary reports of training programs for dissemination to the L&D manager and other stakeholders as may be required

  • Update and maintain learning intranet and online files and updating learning and talent development related content

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum experience of 5 years

  • Strong experience in Learning Development or Training or Sales Enablement/Effectiveness

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledgeable in Learning Management Systems, digital technology, e-learning and on-demand / agile learning tools and methodologies

  • Technical savvy and have propensity to learn new technology or platform in short period of time

  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

  • Aptitude in data management, analytics and reporting preparation

  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
