Marketing Manager (Internal)
Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird
Work Hours: 6AM – 3PM Manila Time, follows Philippine holidays
The Marketing Manager will create the company’s marketing strategy (in collaboration with senior leadership) and is responsible for executing the plan. This person will heavily be involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and automation process.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Creating compelling, simple, and relevant content that motivates action
Can develop, implement, measure, and improve email campaigns
Collaborate with leaders, internal teams, agencies, and partner vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end existing and potential customer experience across multiple channels
Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing cycle
Effectively manage SEO and adword programs
Create and manage marketing collateral to establish and maintain product branding
Design, build and maintain our social media presence while ensuring that best practices are used
Initiate and execute integration of marketing channels, company website and portals
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Identifies key marketing segments to nurture relationships with potential customers
Facebook & LinkedIn marketing support including, but not limited to, lead generation campaigns
Spearhead the automation of marketing programs and develop automation modules
Other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business
Analyze results and recommend improvements based on data
5-7 years relevant experience as marketing professional in a digital environment
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Desire to help lead and build a marketing team within a mature start-up environment
Should have deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production and proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including websites, rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
Should have experience in managing successful social media campaigns, and solid understanding of social media marketing.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data, and present reports and recommendations.
Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Must be a team player; works in collaboration with other members of the marketing team, and other departments
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Keen eye and aptitude for trouble-shooting with solutions led approach
Proven resiliency in a fast paced, iterative and deadline driven environment
