Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

Work Hours: 10AM – 7PM PST, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

This position manages scheduling projects from contract execution through job completion and billing. 

Essential Functions:

  • Complete required contract documentation for prevailing wage and safety (JHA, IIP, PTP, EMOD, COVID, etc.)
  • Identify any special requirements (e.g., SF resident, Apprentice, PVW, etc.)
  • Process LEED documentation and enter jobs into business management software (SimPro)
  • Communicate with clients about scheduling jobs
  • Manage and hold labor for projects to be completed
  • Manage subcontractors to execute jobs
  • Create purchase orders for materials needed for each job
  • Manage and track change orders
  • Process timecards
  • Handle new hire paperwork and offer letters
  • Manage annual updated budgets for over 150 maintenance accounts
  • Develop reporting package for analysis of job profit and reduction of man-hours for maintenance accounts
  • Create standard operating procedure manual for the entire division
  • Develop inventory management and purchasing standard operating procedures and processes


  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field preferred
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications and accounting software/s
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
