Recruitment Coordinator (Junior/Senior)

The Role:

The ­­­­­­­­­Recruiting Sourcer and Coordinator will be responsible for supporting key recruiting and administrative operations for the business. In particular, you will provide detailed organization ability and efficient process improvement for this business critical function.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Bring your solid technical skills to support upkeep of critical systems of record for the business through data entry and Recruiting ATS administration.

  • Bring your experience to guide and influence recruiting operations. Work alongside our senior leaders to support hiring priorities within a fast-paced environment.

  • You will be responsible for regular reporting of recruiting metrics for the business.

  • You will improve existing processes to adapt to business needs as well as implement new and more efficient solutions.

  • You will demonstrate an ability to methodically analyze problems and identify solutions.

  • You will adjust positively to quickly changing priorities and shifting goals

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a professional office environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Possess technical writing and professional verbal communication skills

  • Show discretion and integrity when interacting with candidates, colleagues, and sensitive employment information

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, and schedule/deliver on tasks in a timely manner

  • Comfortable within a fast-paced, small-team atmosphere

  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude in data management, analytics and reporting preparation

  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
