Sales Development Representative

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

Work Hours: 7AM – 4PM PST, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The Sales Development Representative is the first point of connection for the entrepreneurs. The role will be qualifying aspiring entrepreneurs seeking funding to determine if they may benefit from Guidant’s services. It will be responsible for a console of leads that will need to be maintained. In addition, the role is a great launching point for a career in sales or business development with plenty of growth, learning, and mentorship opportunities.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate successfully with Sales teams to optimize productivity
  • Engage and qualify interested entrepreneurs and help them explore further by connecting them with one of our subject matter experts
  • Connect with warm leads, taking inbound calls and/or email inquiries
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls
  • Organize tasks, lead pipeline and campaigns to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field preferred
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive outbound calls experience
  • Previous experience with SalesForce a plus
  • Must possess sensitivity to other’s needs, listening skills, and ability to quickly build rapport
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
