VIP Assistant

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Work from home / Hybird

Work Hours: 3PM – 12AM EST, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The VIP Assistant is responsible for supporting all team members in delivering service and a quality experience for all VIP package customers.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Validate new VIP orders
  • Handle customer service outreach for limo, airport info, or city pass names
  • Manage problematic limos (single quantities, too far away, etc.)
  • Send out and process CCA’s
  • Process direct orders
  • Book dinners with vendors for specific cities
  • Purchase gift cards
  • Manage delivery detail emails and refunds
  • Provide general customer service support
  • Prepare reports on weekly stats
  • Document inquiries and transactions accurately
  • Procure tickets, request client information or VIP services, and help dissolve customer issues
  • Support ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year college degree
  • 1-2 years of related experience in event product, VIP services, hospitality, or ticketing
  • Proven sales and customer service skills preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up
  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
