Administrative Assistant

Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Work Hours:
9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

The Role:

The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing various back-office functions to support the client’s and the business’ needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Set appointments and answer phones for the client
  • Provide administrative support
  • Post content to social media
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Provide customer service and/or client support
  • Manage documents and collection
  • Provide research support
  • Work on various software programs
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the business


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Knowledgeable on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Solid computer aptitude, which includes familiarity with Microsoft 365, Zoom, G-Suite, Canva, various social media channels.
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Aptitude in data management, customer relationships, and administration
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
