Billing Specialist

Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Work Hours:
3 PM – 12 AM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

We are looking for a competent Billing specialist to join our team. As a Billing Specialist, you will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help guarantee the company’s revenues. You will handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.  

Essential Functions:

  • Handle sales order entry into Business Central 
  • Input purchase orders into Business Central 
  • Input purchase orders into Atlas 
  • Create new customer cards 
  • Process customer invoice 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 
  • Certified Public Accountant is preferred and a plus 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Order Entry – purchase orders, sales process, accounts payable 
  • Understands customer process and knows the difference between sale and purchase orders 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience 
  • Experience working in procurement/supply chain a plus 
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications and accounting software/s 
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills 
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail 
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation 
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
