Work Hours:
9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

As the Customer Support, you shall follow up with open work orders with tenants in AppFolio. You are also to do field phone calls from tenants, gather information, and pass it on to the appropriate property manager. 

Essential Functions:

  • Lease prospects 
  • Follow up and schedule tours for property managers 
  • Review work orders, connect with tenants for clarifications, and cascade information to property managers 
  • Field questions from tenants and redirect them to assigned property managers 
  • Help ensure tenant satisfaction by providing support in a professional and timely manner  

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field 
  • With property management background a plus 
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism  
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications 
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills 
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail 
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation 
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
