Digital Media Analyst

8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The Digital Media Analyst is responsible for leading the execution of strategic digital advertising plans that create exceptional business value for our clients. This includes the ongoing media buying, management, activation, optimization, and reporting for all digital advertising campaigns. 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage multiple clients’ digital ad buying and activation to increase leads and/or revenue generation  
  • Create significant business value for the clients across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms 
  • Own, measure, analyze and report on overall digital program performance and implement optimizations and testing as appropriate 
  • Collaborate with a Digital Media Strategist to develop, execute, and measure media plans 
  • Work with the content and creative teams, both client-side and internally, to develop campaign assets that will make an impact 
  • Develop, manage, and implement campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display channels 
  • Collaborate with channel experts, strategists, and team members to produce best-in-class digital campaigns 
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and new tools to bring cutting-edge experiences and insights to your clients 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred 
  • 2-3 years of experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns across Search Ads (Google / Microsoft), Social Ads (Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn), and Programmatic (any DSP, but Basis preferred).  Additional channels such as Amazon, Yahoo, OTT, TikTok, and podcast ads are nice to have, but not required 
  • 2+ years managing media budgets across platforms and maintaining ROAS or CPA targets 
  • 1+ years of Google Analytics experience (or other web analytics) for reporting, conversion tracking, and attribution 
  • 1+ years of A/B testing experience on relevant ad platforms 
  • 1+ years in a client-facing, customer service, or sales role 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Advanced Excel Knowledge 
  • Financial, medical, and healthcare media management experience a plus 
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • Highly self-motivated and always looking for opportunities to optimize processes 
  • Oriented toward delivering value with a strong sense of urgency, empathy, and ability to prioritize appropriately
