The Role:

As the Executive Assistant (Bilingual English/German), he/she should have a few years of administrative experience and skills related to social media, content creation, and design skills. 

Essential Functions:

  • Handle administrative assistant functions 
  • Handle email and calendar management 
  • Call leads and light sales development 
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense management 
  • Provide administrative support 
  • Provide social media management and content creation 
  • Provide customer service or client support 
  • Maintain organizational documents 
  • Create and manage document collection and facilitate the process 
  • Support event planning 
  • Manage customer inquiries across various platforms 
  • Provide research support 
  • Assist in projects 
  • Extensive technology and tools experience 


  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field 
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • German language oral and written skills  
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Good email management and client-facing skills 
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail 
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation 
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
