Lead Generation Representative

9 AM – 6 PM Mountain Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The Lead Generation Representative is responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the client. This role is responsible for reaching and communicating with prospective clients, conducting market research, and working with the sales and marketing team in ensuring that the customer’s needs are met. 

Essential Functions:

  • Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels 
  • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities 
  • Take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads 
  • Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software (Monday.com)  
  • Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline 
  • Participate in webinars, in-person (Zoom) events, and conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities 
  • Research the target market during the lead generation  
  • Understand the pain points faced by the prospects during communication and identify if they’re looking for specific features 
  • Check for competitor products mentioned/used by leads and prospects during communication and the intent behind using them 
  • Interact professionally with leads, existing customers, and other company stakeholders via various communication mediums LinkedIn, FB, Lead Generated email platform 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team members if required to work on tasks relevant to lead generation   
  • Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you can effectively communicate the product features, use cases, and benefits to the prospective customers 
  • Follow company decorum when representing the organization 


  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred 
  • 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting    
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales 
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong lead generation and creating client relationships (B2B /B2C) 
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM software 
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications 
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Excellent client servicing skill 
  • Experience with cold sales and social selling 
  • Excellent networking and persuasion skills 
  • Excellent analytical skills and capable of targeting and segmentation 
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation 
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
