Lead Generation Specialist

9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing a lead generation program and nurturing outbound and inbound sales lead campaigns.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop new business opportunities via telephone and email to introduce the client’s value and solution to potential buyers within our market
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by introducing the client, creating awareness, and identifying prospects
  • Secure discovery calls (webinars) with prospects, which include sending calendar invitations and conference call details
  • Follow up on leads, display superior communication skills, and customer service to consistently identify opportunities
  • Identify and record key information to determine budget and timeline for healthcare facilities
  • Update data points while captured such as email addresses, points of contact, and phone numbers, and document the information in the provided tool


  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Excellent listening and communication skills and has demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently with prospects via phone and email
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
