Maintenance Administration

Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Work Hours:
8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

The Maintenance Administration will work to provide maintenance services to properties across several counties. The role is part of a large team that is assigned work specified in daily work orders assigned by their supervisor. This individual is always required to maintain professionalism and follow company policies. Specific duties may vary depending upon the assignment. 

Essential Functions:

  • Create work orders in Yardi as directed 
  • Create emergency overtime work orders based on technician emergency call notes 
  • Reword, edit, encode, and maintain all work orders 
  • Handle weekly billing reports 
  • Reconcile billable against actual 
  • Adjust and finalize billing based on work order disputes 
  • Audit work orders created by managers and send a follow-up email if there are discrepancies 
  • Forward invoices using the corporate account to actual property  


  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 
  • 1+ years customer service experience in an office environment 
  • 1+ years data entry or work order processing experience preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute 
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications 
  • Proven accuracy and high attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
