National Sales Account Manager

Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Work from home 
Work Hours:
1 PM – 10 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

As a National Sales Account Manager, you need to lead the company’s construction work projects and services including landscaping, concrete, roofing, snow removal, and more. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure proper project execution to the needs of our national, regional, and local customers. 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring accountability and quality for the price 
  • Procure subcontractors for unassigned projects 
  • Handle contracts 
  • Review and manage subcontractor and service compliance consistently 
  • Manage service schedules 
  • Generate work orders 
  • Manage third-party service reporting systems 
  • Submit requests for purchase orders 
  • Manage timesheets and customer invoicing in the CRM software 
  • Manage email accounts associated with customer and subcontractor communications 
  • Review questions or problems that may arise and communicate with appropriate parties 
  • Handle service reporting timesheet approval and customer invoicing 


  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field 
  • 2-3 years of sales experience B2B or B2C 
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications 
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills 
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail 
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation 
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
