Order Management Specialist

Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Work Hours:
7 AM – 4 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

As an Order Management Specialist for this fast-growing company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers by accurately entering and maintaining orders, providing updates, and resolving problems. This role collaborates with sales coordinators, purchasing, planning, and sales to ensure customers receive timely communication.   

Essential Functions:

  • Review and enter customer orders from different channels into ERP 
  • Manage and provide updates to orders 
  • Handle the maintenance of customer account information in ERP  
  • Communicate order confirmations/changes to customers proactively 
  • Provide administrative support to sales coordinators, sales reps, and purchasing staff  
  • Develop product knowledge to enhance the customer experience through upgrades, substitutions, or add-ons 
  • Answer phones and process orders as calls are received. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Associates/bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Supply Chain, International Trade, or equivalent professional experience 
  • 2-4 years of experience in an office setting working in a similar position/role 
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner while ensuring the quality of work is maintained 
  • Experience in a NetSuite (ERP) a plus 
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Good computer skills and willingness to try new technology in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail 
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation 
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
