Sales Coordinator

9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

The Role:

As the Sales Coordinator for this fast-growing company, you will be responsible for providing the necessary support to the sales team by assisting with the customer experience from pre-purchase to post-purchase. You will be the primary contact for processing all incoming customer orders and inquiries via telephone, fax, direct order entry, and website, as well as facilitating customer service requests. You will also provide key specialized support to strategic customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Process customer orders through CRM & ERP
  • Ensure accuracy of order entry and changes
  • File orders/requests per company guidelines and policy
  • Maintain customer database and ERP system
  • Facilitate customer service requests for administrative documentation and returns
  • Communicate order confirmations/changes to customers and buyers proactively
  • Develop product knowledge to answer basic customer inquiries
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the relevant people
  • Provide administrative support to management, sales, and purchasing staff
  • Assist the sales teams with quoting
  • Provide backup support to other Sales Coordinators, as necessary


  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred, majored in Business administration, science, supply chain, or international trade
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office setting working in a Customer Service or Sales department
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter and manage time wisely
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Basic knowledge of finance and credit
  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation

Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
