The Role:

We are hiring a resourceful Technical Recruiter to support our clients’ technical staffing needs by tapping into one’s own professional database or by helping us find qualified candidates in a timely manner. 

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct research and provide inputs on salary range requests for technical hiring requirements 
  • Process information provided in job orders, employ necessary adjustments to standard sourcing and screening methods and assume ownership of technical hiring requirements until closing 
  • Perform calibrations with hiring managers on profile requirements as needed and regular internal assessment calibrations to ensure fairness and consistency of evaluations 
  • Facilitate the standard end-to-end recruitment process for every technical applicant  
  • Conduct Human Resource Interviews (HR I) validating applicant experience against requirements specified in a hiring requirement and assessing skills, knowledge, availability, and the desire to move 
  • Maintain rapport with Doxa clients through regular updates on open requisitions, weekly reporting, and by providing expert recommendations on hiring requirement issues and applicant concerns 
  • Help identify technical applicants as needed during the onboarding process 
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, processes, and policies 
  • Give every applicant a memorable recruitment experience 


  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field 
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter 
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software 
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases 
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously 
  • Experience in a multi-client environment 
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications 
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills 
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail 
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation 
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
